Why Wagyu? Have you herd it’s even more nutritious?

Wagyu is a Japanese breed of beef cattle which is highly sought after for its tender, marbled meat and buttery texture.

Wagyu beef actually has more Omega-3 and Omega-6 fatty acids than regular beef. These essential nutrients are most commonly sourced from fish and nuts.

It also contains Oleic Acid which is a healthy monosaturated fat.

This meat is also known for the extra boost of vitamins such as iron, vitamin A, and niacin.
